These Terms of Service govern your use of DivGenie, a dividend dashboard and calculation service for UK limited companies. By using DivGenie, you agree to these terms.
2. Not Financial or Legal Advice
DivGenie provides automated calculations based on your accounting data. These calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should always consult a qualified accountant before declaring dividends or making financial decisions.
3. Data Accuracy
DivGenie relies on data from third-party accounting software (such as Xero). We do not guarantee the accuracy of imported data or the calculations derived from it. You are responsible for verifying that your accounting data is accurate and up to date.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
